We started in 2010 in the in a remote part of the UK, informally as a collective of professionals offering gift community - high standard training and support in EDI as an intentional positioning to balance the lack of commitment to psychologically informed- inclusive practices that had been observed and experienced in several settings which dominated many fields such as education, medical and social structures, amongst others.

VC is a platform for professionals who share the vision of a world where 'every person' can feel safe and aspiring. We are aware of what a tall order this is and as such we operate in collaboration and partnership with organisations globally, that align with our values and goals.
